The kodiaq is much, much better. I'm one up from the base model, with the 2l 150 4x4 version and it's pretty will equipped, but the sel version has more toys. Be aware of the water pump, they are a known weak point on them, and if you get the 4x4 version make sure you get the oil filter/gauze cleaned when the oil is changed.
