You likely need to buy one of the older expansions to unlock the Revenant. Each of the first 3 original expansions unlocked one of the elite specs for each profession.
Living World is tied to the expansion they launched with. You'd need Heart of Thorns and Path of Fire to get the Living World seasons that matter (3,4, and 5). Season 2 is just story.
